THE PINES HISTORY
The Pines Adult Day Centre was founded by the grassroots efforts of concerned parents who saw the need for an enriching day program following high school for adults with physical and intellectual challenges.
The Pines Adult Day Centre was established in 1996 securing rental space in St.Margaret-in-the-Pines Anglican Church and has been providing a vital service to our community for 27 years.
The Pines primary goal is to provide a nurturing program promoting individual growth and development, with a focus on social experiences.
The Pines Adult Day Centre is currently funded by our parent community through a fee for service. Passport Funding from Developmental Services Ontario is accepted.
